GIA:
Gross Internal Area is defined in the RICS code of measurement practice. Taking an outside-in approach we can quickly assess and provide the maximum internal area of the property being assessed.
NIA:
Net Internal Area is a more akin to usable or lettable space it is particularly practical where there are multiple tenancies or shared areas.
